To ensure the most use out of your scrubs, cold machine wash them turned inside out. Do not bleach, soak, rub or wring them. When drying, use the lowest tumble dryers setting or line dry in the shade. When ironing, set the temperature to warm and iron on the reverse side.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website. Please note that the tracking status may not be valid right away but it will become valid when the parcel is in transit to you.

Shipping is $12 for all orders.

We offer local delivery to selected Melbourne suburbs within 1–2 business days.

This service is available for postcodes: 3336, 3037, 3335, 3023, 3021, 3036, 3038, 3033, 3020, 3022, 3019, 3012, and 3011.

If your delivery address falls within one of these postcodes, your order may be eligible for our local delivery service at checkout.

If local delivery has been selected by mistake and your address is not within one of our eligible postcodes, we'll automatically switch your order to standard delivery. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.

This pick-up option is strictly available to Western Health SH employees, or family or friends.

Orders placed by customers who are not eligible for this service will be changed to standard delivery.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. With standard delivery, your parcel should arrive to metro areas within 2-8 business days. If you have selected local delivery, your order will arrive between 1-2 days.
Please note that if you have selected local delivery, that you are responsible to ensure your area of delivery is eligible - otherwise, you may be subject to additional delivery costs. Due to the nature of postage, unexpected delays which are out of our control may occur.

In the off chance that your scrubs are faulty, we will happily offer a refund and/or exchange. If you have simply changed your mind, we can offer a refund and/or exchange at the buyer's expense within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it.
