Refund policy

In the off chance that your scrubs are faulty, we will happily offer a refund and/or exchange. If you have simply changed your mind, we can offer a refund and/or exchange at the buyer's expense within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges may be processed based on product availability. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order and we will try our best to resolve it.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.
