To ensure the most use out of your scrubs, cold machine wash them turned inside out. Do not bleach, soak, rub or wring them. When drying, use the lowest tumble dryer setting or line dry in the shade. When ironing, set the temperature to warm and iron on the reverse side.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website. Please note that the tracking status may not be valid right away but it will become valid when the parcel is in transit to you.

Shipping is $10 for all orders. If you buy two scrubs, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout.

Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. With standard delivery, your parcel should arrive to metro areas within 2-8 business days. If you have selected local delivery, your order will arrive between 1-2 days. Please note that if you have selected local delivery, that you are responsible to ensure your area of delivery is eligible - otherwise, you may be subject to additional delivery costs. Due to the nature of postage, unexpected delays which are out of our control may occur.

In the off chance that your scrubs are faulty, we will happily offer a refund and/or exchange. If you have simply changed your mind, we can offer a refund and/or exchange at the buyer's expense within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order and we will try our best to resolve it.
