Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance, of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. With standard delivery, your parcel should arrive within 2-6 business days. With express delivery, your parcel should arrive within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, shipping carrier delays).

In the off chance that your scrubs are faulty, we will happily offer a refund and/or exchange. If you have simply changed your mind, we can offer a refund and/or exchange at the buyer's expense within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges may be processed based on product availability. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order and we will try our best to resolve it.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
